Our Commitment

As a company, we build our business on Quality and Customer Satisfaction. Our mission is to provide our customers with the BEST QUALITY luxury PRODUCTS for the BEST PRICE. We stand by the quality of our products, but we understand that sometimes a return or an exchange is necessary. Therefore, we have built our return and exchange policy with your satisfaction in mind and will gladly accept your items back should they be faulty in any way.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 30 days of your delivery date.

Return Guidelines

  1. Obtain Authorization: Please contact us to get a Return Authorization and the correct return address within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Condition of Items: All items must be returned in their original, unused, and unworn condition. Please include the original packaging with all attachments, such as pamphlets, tags, dust bags, cases, etc.
  3. Returns for Quality or Damage Issues: You may return an item within 30 days of receipt if it meets the following conditions:
    • a. There is a quality issue with the product.b. The item was completely damaged during shipment.
    Upon receiving your returned parcel in good, undamaged condition, we will issue a full refund of your purchase cost to your original payment method. We are happy to cover any postal costs for these returns with a voucher that can be used towards a future purchase.
  4. Returns for Personal Reasons: If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, please be aware that a 25% restocking fee and all shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. This applies to the following situations:
    • a. You are no longer interested in the product.
    • b. You made a mistake when placing the order.
    • c. You provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address.
    • d. The parcel is returned because no one was available to sign for it upon delivery.
    We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Exchange Guidelines

  1. Obtain Authorization: Please contact us to receive an Exchange Authorization and the correct return address within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Condition of Items: All items must be returned in their original, unused, and unworn condition, complete with all original packaging and attachments (pamphlets, tags, dust bags, cases, etc.).
  3. Exchanges for Quality Issues: If the product you received has quality problems, please email us pictures of the issue. We will arrange for an Unconditional Exchange Authorization at no additional cost to you.
  4. Exchanges for Personal Preference: If the product doesn’t meet your expectations and you would prefer a different item, please contact us for an Exchange Authorization. In this case, you will be responsible for the shipping charges for both the returned item and the new item.
  5. Price Differences: All items can be exchanged for replacements of a different price. We will either refund the difference or require payment for the difference in cost. Please be aware that we will only ship the replacement items after your returned item has been received and processed by our team.
